ABRRAS and Mintra Training Portal are delighted to announce a new working alliance to offer enhanced training packages to clients. The new blended learning portfolio capitalises on Mintra’s specialism in eLearning courses and ABRRAS’ strength as a provider of practical training.
Mintra Training Portal is one of Europe's largest providers of learning, training and competency for the Oil & Gas Industry.
With a reputation which has been built since 1997 by delivering outstanding learning, training and competency solutions to more than 500 Oil and Gas Companies and over 1 million personnel, Mintra offers one of the most comprehensive and focused product and service portfolios available to the global Oil & Gas Industry. The recent investment from private equity firm, Riverside, means that the company will continue to expand in its current market, delivering solutions that can reduce training costs and ensure competence among workers in the industry on both the UK and Norwegian continental shelf.
Mintra’s course portfolio covers over 300 eLearning courses, blended training, and practical training. “We have seen an increase in the number of clients interested in our blended courses since we opened our purpose-built training centre in April 2014” said Peter Conner, Managing Director of Mintra UK. “We already offer a number of courses which can be offered as blended training; however, our alliance with ABRRAS will undoubtedly strengthen our offering further. We hope to add a new dimension to the training that ABRRAS provides and, ultimately, to provide a more cost effective offering to clients in light of the current climate”.
